To return you product and obtain a refund, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please note that all products must be in undamaged, unworn condition for you to be able to return them. In the interests of hygiene, returns may not be accepted if it is obvious the item has been worn, and may be sent back to the customer.
- Once we receive your returned goods, we will send you an email informing you that they have arrived safely. This can take up to 2 to 3 working days.
- Our Returns Team will then pass on details for all customer refunds to be processed, please allow 2 – 10 days for the refund to appear on your account to allow for bank processing.
All products must be in an undamaged, unworn condition, with all labels & product swing tags attached for you to be able to return them. If returned goods do not meet this criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the product to you.
